Refund Policy
When and how a refund may be available for Precision AGL Academy programs.
This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions (see Section 8). It sets out the refund windows Precision AGL Academy applies across its program categories.
1. Overview
We want participants to enroll with confidence. This policy explains when a refund may be available for Precision AGL Academy programs.
2. Weekend / Micro Courses
Given their short duration and immediate content access, Micro Courses are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for resolution.
3. Professional & Specialist Programs
A refund request made before accessing more than 10% of the course content, and within 7 days of enrollment, may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus any payment processing fees.
4. Master Diploma
Given the scope and instructor time committed to the Master Diploma, refund requests are considered only within 7 days of enrollment and before beginning Module 3. After this point, the Academy is generally unable to offer a refund, as instructor capacity has already been allocated.
5. Workshops & On-Site Programs
Hands-On & On-Site workshops involve venue, travel and logistics commitments made in advance. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund; later cancellations are generally non-refundable, though the Academy may offer to transfer your seat to a future batch where possible.
6. Corporate Training
Refund and cancellation terms for Corporate AGL Certification Programs are agreed individually as part of the corporate training agreement.
7. How to Request a Refund
Send your enrollment details and reason for the request via the contact page. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
8. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Change of mind after substantial course content has been accessed
- Failure to complete the program within the access window through no fault of the Academy
- Violation of the Academy's Terms & Conditions
