Privacy Policy
How Precision AGL Solutions collects, uses and protects your information.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the Precision AGL Solutions website (rahulsharmaagl.in), operated by Rahul Sharma, New Delhi, India (“we”, “us”). For personal data you give us, we decide why and how it is used. Precision AGL Academy has its own Privacy Policy.
2. What We Collect
- Enquiry and partnership forms: name, company, designation, email, phone/WhatsApp, airport or project name and location, partnership interests, website, and the message you write.
- Messages and files: anything you send to us by email or WhatsApp, including attachments you choose to send.
- Technical data: when your browser loads the pages, our hosting provider and the third-party services that deliver fonts and icons (see Section 5) receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
3. How Forms Work
Our forms do not store data on the website itself. When you submit a form, your email application opens with the details pre-filled, and the information reaches us only when you press send. Please review the message before sending, and do not include information you are not comfortable sharing.
4. Why We Use Your Data
- To respond to your enquiry or partnership proposal and, if you proceed, to prepare quotations and agreements.
- To communicate about services, training or collaboration you asked about.
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations and to protect our rights.
We rely on your consent (given when you submit a form or message us) and, where applicable, on legitimate uses permitted by law. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them, and we do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
5. Service Providers and Third-Party Resources
We use providers such as email, WhatsApp/messaging and website hosting services. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the Cloudflare cdnjs network, so those providers receive your IP address when pages load. These providers process data under their own terms, and some may process it on servers outside India. Where we share personal data with a provider, it is only as needed to deliver that service.
6. Sensitive Airport Information
Please do not send confidential, classified or security-sensitive information, such as airport security layouts, restricted-area drawings or access credentials. If you need to share project documents, agree a secure method with us first.
7. Cookies
The pages covered by this policy do not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Retention
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose above, including any resulting engagement, and for as long as legal, tax or accounting rules require. After that we delete or anonymise them.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data, including limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
10. Your Rights
You may ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold, correct or complete it, or erase it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done). You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to do so. Write to us at the contact below; we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.
11. Children
This website is intended for professionals and adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Grievance Officer
In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Grievance Officer is Rahul Sharma, New Delhi, India · precisionaglsolutions@gmail.com · +91 98214 96412. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within the time limits set by law. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational for complaints.
13. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India. See also our Disclaimer & Terms of Use.
14. Changes
We may update this policy, for example to reflect new tools or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
